This is probably the reason why important laws are usually known by the subject of the law itself, an adjective, the number of approval or the name of the minister who introduced the law to the Parliament for discussion. Public debates and newspapers play a creative role in making those names richer and richer, finding anthroponyms which can qualify laws by themselves. |
