Abstract: | [Credits and unforgettable responsibilities: Laws and reforms which inherit their author’s name] The Italian legal system is pretty conservative in its language; the laws have very long and complex names. This is probably the reason why important laws are usually known by the subject of the law itself, an adjective, the number of approval or the name of the minister who introduced the law to the Parliament for discussion. Public debates and newspapers play a creative role in making those names richer and richer, finding anthroponyms which can qualify laws by themselves. |
