| Rezumat: | The neological lexical creations (which have as a forming base the scholar elements – the Greek-Latin lexical units, which initially had a full lexical signification, and in statu praesenti are forming elements of a compound word) in the medical language correspond to a universal dimension of scientists conscientious creativity and are naming the specialized knowledge achieved through a supplementary cognition of medical reality. The capital aspect of the language is the fact that it holds certain divisions, certain units that can be delimited. Infiltrated in the general lexicon, the “cultisms” own the affixoids status, forming elements descended from the autosemantic units, which have an intermediary position between the word and the affix. The scholar elements inventory it is included in an international translingual and transdisciplinary lexicon. In this work are presented the delimitation criteria of the scholar elements: a) the positional criteria; b) the combinatory criteria (the process of creation of a neologism); c) the morphologic origin criteria (etymologic); d) the semantic criteria (including the semantic rapports in a word); e) the functionality criteria; f) the variability criteria (inter-and intradisciplinary). |
