| Rezumat: | This is a theoretical try to define leadership according to some important points of view. We want to emphasize the positive, and negative connotations due to various criteria: the accomplishment of tasks, the social position of a certain character, the four dimensions creating an instrumental development of the concept. We also present the general functions of the leadership as we wish to prove scientifically the importance of leadership in the theory of communication. |
