Rezumat:The dramatic text contains in its structure a performative aspect, being a text focused mainly on the scene, on speaking by the actor and not necessarily on the individual lecture. This double typology text/performance leads to a certain lack of contemporary theatrical text translation managed by the actual publishing houses, but also to a lack of canonical theatrical text retranslations. The contemporary theatrical text translation is rather a collective activity, addressed to a theatrical representation circuit and is the result of a director or of a publishing program specific order, focused on festival anthologies and is adapted to the main needs of a theatrical performance. In this paper, on the one hand, we aim to follow the theatrical text translation specific and, on the other hand, we aim to follow the existence or the nonexistence of a publishing house promote politics of the contemporary dramatic literature. After a theoretical part addressed to the theatrical translation issues, we shall apply a practical identification of the main problems and of the solutions that I have met in my experience as a translator.
