| Rezumat: | Our approach shows the possibility to reflect pragmatics by means of integral text linguistics, within a functional model of analysis focused on the sense and the finality of the discourse. We demonstrate that some important concepts of pragmatics meet corresponding concepts in integral text linguistics, which offers a wider and clearer perspective on text and discourse because of its fundamental distinction of the levels of speech. The three levels theorised by E. Coseriu (universal, historical and individual) help us to make a projection of the pragmatic aspects that concern the discourse, starting from the individual level of the discourse, which include the other dimensions of the speech, as well. Another advantage of such a projection is that pragmatics can borrow very useful instruments of analysis from the coserian text linguistics and it can solve some disputes that still exist in pragmatics. |
