This paper does constitute an analysis upon the terminology generated by the offence phenomenon existing under the realized forms of simple vocabulary units and of syntagmatic units. These latters are variating, suiting the offence perpetrators and the domain of their activity. They express the relationships existing among individual persons and between the individuals and the state. In certain cases, the offences’ terminology contains their features and the means employed for their perpetration. This fact does facilitate the quicker intelligibility of the message. The development of society and of the relationships existing in side it has brought a strong essor of complexity concerning the perpetrated offences.
Cet article constitue une analyse de la terminologie de l’infraction par des réalisations sous la forme des unités lexicales simples et des unités syntagmatiques. Celles-ci varient selon les auteurs et le domaine d’activité et visent les rapports des individus entre eux et avec l’Etat. La terminologie de l’infraction comprend, en certains cas, les caractéristiques et les moyens de réalisation, fait qui facilite la compréhension plus rapide du message. La complexité des infractions a connu une forte croissance avec le développement de la société et des relations sociales.
