In Romanian and in French, we study the term “synallagmatic”, in respect to its sense, to its synonyms and antonyms, and we reach to the conclusion that, due to the fact that this term is not employed in the other spheres of these two languages, and because its sense and the use made of it are exclusively juridical, we are in the presence of a term exclusively pertaining to the juridical domain.
Le terme synallagmatique, en roumain et en français, est analysé du point de vue de son sens, de la synonymie et de l’antonymie, pour en arriver à la conclusion qu’il est un terme d’appartenance juridique exclusive, par le fait qu’il n’est utilisé par les autres registres de la langue, son sens et son emploi en étant exclusivement juridiques.
