| Rezumat: | The anthroponyms are an important source of photographic terms’ formation, those taken from other fields of specialization or those that are exclusively photographic terms. These terms are denominated based on the name of the inventor of a mechanism, a principle, a process, a phenomenon, an experiment or they have denominations given by analogy in some personalities’ honour. Moreover, the inclusion of proper names in the photographic terminology is frequently used in current terminology, which gives to the new created term a high degree of accuracy and which represents a tribute to personalities from different fields and disciplines. In this manner, the merit and the impact of a personality in the development of some field do not get into obscurity. |
