| Rezumat: | The document contains an open letter, addressed to the Presidents of Ukraine and Romania, on the occasion of the high-level meeting between the two state Presidents, dating from February 2009. Romanian ethnics from Ukraine espress their wish of being taken into consideration some of the problems concerning their rights, as well as some of their desiderata: stopping the transformation process of national schools into mixed schools; the retrocession of certain immobiles with a cultural destination; the establishment, in Cernăuţi, of a cultural university and of a Romanian cultural centre. |
