Rezumat:Our study has had in view the establishment of the reign in Romanian countries (Wallachia and Moldavia), in order to prove the Byzantine mentalities and components from the structure of the Romanian superior power. The comparative presentation of the attributions of some Byzantine emperors and some Romanian rulers helps us for this demonstration. As well as the Byzantine emperors who lead with the aid of the Orthodox Church, they were the heads of the army, decided upon the land property, at the same time they were law givers, founders and patrons of culture, also the Romanian rulers were the protectors of the Church, builders of churches and culture places (the most illustrious example is Stephen the Great), commander of the big army, judges of the main litigations, donors of land properties for the best soldiers and for churches, and so on.
Along with culture, the establishment of the reign continued the Byzantine tradition and by this it circumscribed Romanian countries (Wallachia and Moldavia) within the area of great European civilizations of the Middle Age by the Byzantine nobility which amplified the one of Ancient Rome.
