Le Chefs d’Etats de et gouvernements de 60 de pays se sont rencontre à Bucarest au 28 et 29 septembre 2006 pour le 11 sommet de l’Organisation de la Francophonie (OIF). Pour la France l’objectif a été de consolider la dimension politique de l’OIF.
Dans le présent étude nous essayons de répondre a des question tel : Qu est ce que la Francophonie ? La Roumanie est francophone ou francophile ? Quels sont les résultats de la Sommet ? Quels ont été les bénéfices de la Roumanie en organisant le Sommet trois mois avant son admission à l’Union Européenne ?
The heads of states and of governments of 60 countries met in Bucharest on the 28th and the 29th of September 2006 for the 11th Summit of the International Organisation of Francophony. For France, the objective was to consolidate the political dimension of the OIF.
In the present work paper, I will try to answer some questions such as : What is Francophony? Is Romania Francophone or Francophile? What are the results of the Summit? And which were the benefits for Romania as a host country, three months before its accession to the European Union?
