| Abstract: | The main purpose of this contrastive paper is to give some directions about the appearance of the lexeme « nose » as autosemantic component of idioms in French (nez) and Romanian (nas). We will pay special attention to the linguistic image of the world, expressed through somatic idioms, given the fact that the contrastivity opens numerous linguistical interferences. |
