| Abstract: | Tudor Arghezi’s first novel, Ochii Maicii Domnului (The Mother of God’s Eyes), is focused on the identity themes: the long series of the oppositions and formation novels or the subtle dynamics between the masculine and the feminine, the identity and the otherness recommend this text as a meditation about the quest of the inner essence and, in the same time, the profound need of the other. |
