Abstract: | The paper focuses on themes related to culture. We wish to discuss the evolution of the concept of “culture” taking into account the fact that as a consequence of the migration trends that have taken place lately, a multicultural society has been established. The trans-culturalization of the intercultural factors goes beyond the internal frontiers. Transculturation becomes a process of closeness between different cultures which try to establish bounds and almost create new cultural realities born out of syncretism. Translation is an intercultural communication, which together with interpretation form important components of the intercultural mediation. As a conclusion, we propose law related translations. |
