| Abstract: | The ballad Ştefan înaintea Cetăţei Neamţu written by Gh. Asachi had also been circulating in French in Moldavia, published in brochures or in magazines. In the present article, we analyze the Asachi’s ballad publication in 1854 in Paris by Adèle Hommaire de Hell, in the book of Xavier Hommaire de Hell (X. Hommaire de Hell 1854: 196–197). |
