Digression to the ontology of textual meaning Stănescu’s essay’ is a hermeneutic interpretation, motivated by the recognition of essay as a literary distinctive genre: a discoursive structure, as a result of “stellary intelligence”. In order to prove that essay-writing is a meta-world, a cultural palimpsest, we have analysed the following aspects: (1) epistemic solution (key) for those poetic theories encountered in philosophical themes that concern both genesis and structure of meaning; (2) the complexity of those methods that are approached in the hermeneutic interpretation of the concept in essay-like genre; (3) the hermeneutic dimension of essay-like meaning.
