Abstract: | This paper highlights the experiences of Finnish companies, which are using e-learning in new and innovative ways to cut costs and improve the quality of personnel training. The Finnish e-learning model of best-practice is introduced by using the “e-diversity” course developed by ChangeLearning as a case-example. |
