| Abstract: | The study is part of a critical system which describes the universe of Caragiale as it appears both in his prose and in his comic and tragic plays. The main specific interest is the amazing modernity of his literary conception, which offers us a world with a variable and contradictory geometry: comic in tragedy and tragic in comedy. |
