Abstract:
The concept of interlanguage – designating the language varieties formed in the case of foreign language learners, varieties that do not coincide completely with the natural language – has been firstly used in the foreign academic field almost fifty years ago and since then it is a very important one. Unfortunately on our Romanian academic field, mostly in the case of the Romanian as a foreign language (RFL), its importance is not completely known. Therefore, after defining and presenting the characteristics of the interlanguage as described in the foreign literature we will analyze the relation between the increasing tendency of strictly controlling the configuration of this concept and the continuous refuse of the interlanguage to let herself being constrained in certain patterns.
