| Abstract: | [Terminological collocations in Romanian mass media specialized language] In the Romanian mass media specialized language, terminological collocations are built on, at least, two constituents. They have a stable position in the phrase and each of them includes semantic information which gives the meaning of the whole structure. According to their denotative/connotative value, they are phrasal borrowings (e.g. breaking news) / calques following the English pattern (e.g. politică redacţională) or they follow specific schemes: noun+preposition+noun (e.g. agenție de presă). |
