| Abstract: | All languages come in contact with one another whether the population of a given country likes it or not. However, it is true that there are several factors (geographic, political, historical, linguistic etc.) that make it even more likely for a language to be more thoroughly influenced than another. The present paper focuses on how Romanian has been influenced by English in the wide context of globalization. |
