Abstract:The training process’ multidimensional analysis of the professional and transverse competences during the initial professionalization for the didactic career, represents a present issue as part of the theoretic studies and applicative researches. The scientific arguments and the results of impact and experimental studies support the reform of the didactic staff’s training system, within the meaning of adequating the continual training models and establishing the feasible implementation modalities. In this context, we have assessed the necessity and opportunity of studying the development of some categories of competences specific to the process of initial training for the didactic career – the competences of didactic networking and communication regarding teachers to be as part of the primary and pre-school education. Our article aims multiple coordinates: a) the scientific base of developing professional and transverse competences during teachers’ initial training for the primary and pre-school education; b) the specific of developing didactic networking and communication, through the academic curriculum and pedagogical practice; c) the analysis of pedagogical conceptions, methodological opinions and curricular preferences of the subjects involved in an impact study regarding these categories of competences (didactic staff, students attending Pedagogy of primary and pre-school education, experts). The results of the empiric research testify subjects’ adhesion to the curricular structures centred on developing the transverse competences of the teachers to be, emphasize subjects’ interests in this field and confirm the results of previous researches that we have achieved as part of some studies regarding the optimization of the didactic staff’s initial and continual training processes.
