| Abstract: | [Family names in Transylvanian documents] The aim of the paper is to investigate to what extent the family names of the Transylvanian Saxons were preserved. This research is based on a corpus of (published and unpublished) German Transylvanian documents. Most of the documents are from the 16th century, but also from the 17th and 18th centuries. |
