Abstract:
  • The article continues the analysis of some important religious holidays which have become anthroponyms in the two languages. Thus, in a previous dissertation we studied the etymologies of the names Crăciun, Pascal, Florea, Botez (Iordan), Ispas, Rusalii. In this article we will continue the analysis of some anthroponyms: Gheorghe, Maria, Gabriel, Mihai(l), Nicolaie, Andrei, Ion, Petru, Ștefan.
