Abstract: | Multilingualism characterizes humankind from immemorial time. All through the human societies’ history, languages appeared and disappeared in great number. The process of languages’ disappearance becomes widespread and accelerates, and with languages disappear important pieces of culture. Against the linguistic and cultural standardization of the world, consequence of the economic standardization, there is need to develop multilingualism everywhere it will be possible, by integrating minority languages side by side with official languages. |
