| Abstract: | This paper investigates the life and comments the poetic works of Ecaterina Săndulescu. The author points out how the persecutions and trials through which the poetess had to pass during her lifetime have a significant impact on her poems, both on the styilistic and thematic level, while at the same time reflecting on the aesthetic value of her writing. |
