Abstract: | In Nichita Stănescu’s first volumes, the word, as an instrument of poetic communication and as an expression of comunion with the world, was perceived under the genre of identity and identification with things and the expert ego, as a consequence of an unmediated assuption of the vitalistic, sensorial impuls. Starting with 11 elegii the poet mirrors the aporia of the word, his states of crisis in his verse, meditating upon the fundamental difference, upon the crack between the inner and the outer dimension of logos. 11 elegii displays the tragic feeling of caesure between ego and the world, a feeling that was announced by the painful revelation of the dissociating time in Dreptul la timp and by the discovery of alterity, ontological and gnoseological distance between subject and object. |
