| Abstract: | The present paper is neither a detailed survey of the Romanian traslations from the works of Ady Endre, the great Hungarian modernist poet, nor a comprehnesive file on his crititical reception in a multi-or intra- cultural space, which has, as one can easily suspect, its own contradictions and completion. It is rather an alert re-valuation, starting from a selection of articles, prefaces, afterwords and introductions – written in the last one hundred years, during which solitude is the least invoked concept when it comes to the encounters of great minds. |
