[The Concept of System in Linguistics: An Evidence or a new Perspective for Research?]
This paper wants to take stock of the concept of system in linguistics. It analyzes the definitions of Ferdinand de Saussure, Antoine Meillet and Gustave Guillaume who put this concept at the center of their linguistic approach. It considers the development of the systemic method in the twentieth century and proposes perspectives for a new theoretical approach: systemic linguistics.

Propunem prin acest articol un bilanț referitor la perspectivele din care a fost privit conceptul de sistem lingvistic. Analizăm definițiile propuse de Ferdinand de Saussure, Antoine Meillet și Gustave Guillaume care au plasat acest concept în centrul demersului lor lingvistic. Articolul urmărește evoluția metodei sistematice în secolul XX și privește perspectivele posibile pentru o nouă abordare teoretică: lingvistica sistematică.
