This article describes a case of allomorphy in the Friulian conservative varieties spoken in the Lower Valley of Gorto. In the dialects of this alpine valley masculine nouns belonging to Class I whose stem-final non-sibilant consonant is elided do not display the unmarked Class I plural morpheme (that is [s]), but the postalveolar sibilant [ʃ].
Articolul de faţă descrie o situaţie de alomorfie în varietăţile conservatoare ale limbii friulane vorbite în regiunea Canale di Gorto. În dialectele din această vale alpină, substantivele masculine de clasa I în care dispare consoana non-sibilantă de la finalul rădăcinii nu prezintă morfemul nemarcat de plural pentru clasa I ([s]), ci fonemul sibilant post-alveolar [ʃ].
