Our paper is centred upon an important subject in the story grammars, that is the narrative roles. We adopted Claude Bremond’s terminology and tried to apply his principles to one of Ion Creangă’s fairy tales, namely Povestea porcului. We identified some of the main narrative roles, such as the patient and the agent, together with their sub-categories and we underlined the relations between these different narrative roles, their importance in the narrative thread and the consequences that come from the instauration of the couples inside the story.
Lucrarea noastră este centrată pe un subiect important al gramaticii naraţiunii, şi anume rolurile narative. Am adoptat terminologia lui Claude Bremond, încercând să aplicăm principiile acestuia la una dintre poveştile lui Ion Creangă, Povestea porcului. Am identificat câteva dintre rolurile narative principale, precum pacientul şi agentul, împreună cu subcategoriile acestora şi am evidenţiat relaţiile dintre diferitele roluri narative, importanţa lor de-a lungul firului narativ şi consecinţele pe care le are instaurarea ,,cuplurilor” în poveste.
