| Abstract: | [The title of the novel as peritextual mediation: Jacques le fataliste et son maître by Denis Diderot] This article is part of a research work entitled “Genres paratextuels: formes linguistiques et textuelles” and carried out in our Laboratory “Dynamiques sociolangagières DYALANG”. Our hypothesis is that the peritext, as mediation between a text and external determinations, can be redefined from a linguistic and textual viewpoint. In this article we have dealt with the relations between the text and the author’s name starting from an example of Diderot. |
