| Abstract: | An analysis of three of Sorin Stati’s books has been carried out from the perspective of some current aspects of interest, a moderate semic analysis, based on language dictionaries, which is oriented towards applicative aspects (contrastive semantics, monolingual and bilingual lexicography), a complex analysis of polysemy and of achieving the lexical meaning in contexts and texts. All these aspects are important both for the lexical semantics and for the textual lexicology. |
