Le but de l’article est de faire connaître un projet multilingue financé par le CNCSIS et réalisé de 2006 à 2008 par une équipe de spécialistes en didactique des langues de l’Université « Babeş-Bolyai » de Cluj. Il concerne le français, l’anglais, l’allemand, le russe et le roumain langues étrangères activités performantes aussi bien en langue générale qu’en langage professionne et s’adresse aux étudiants apprenant des langues dans les universités. Le projet est destiné à faciliter leur accès à des outils d’enseignement (papier, CD et site Internet) adaptés aux exigences du Cadre Européen Commun de Référence pour les langues (CECR). L’innovation du projet réside dans la tentative d’aligner les langues concernées, dans un esprit de multilinguisme et multiculturalisme, à une conception communicative d’enseignement, ouvrant des possibilités aux étudiants de s’intégrer, linguistiquement et culturellement, dans l’Europe multilingue. Le choix d’une seule ou de plusieurs langues est possible pour chaque étudiant, car au-delà de l’option académique officielle pour une LE, d’autres langues peuvent être choisies, librement, en ligne, sur Internet.
The aim of our presentation is that of making known a multilingual project at the University Babeş-Bolyai of Cluj. The project was funded by CNCSIS and has been developed between 2006 and 2008 by a team of specialists in language methodology. It concerns French, English, German, Russian and Romanian as foreign languages, and it is meant for students studying a foreign language at university. The project aims at facilitating their access to the teaching aids (in hard copy or on line) adapted to the standards of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The innovatory character of this project consists in the attempt to use a coherent communicative teaching-learning approach for the targeted languages, in a multilingual and multicultural spirit, opening thus the possibility for students to integrate both linguistically and culturally in a multilingual Europe. The student can choose one or more languages, since, besides the official option for the study of one foreign language for each group of students, they are free to choose another or several other languages for on-line individual study.
