A la fin du XIXe siècle, tous les junimistes ont répondu, d’une manière ou d’une autre, à l’une des provocations de la réalité socio-historique contemporaine : celle que l’on a appelée à l’époque « la question juive ». L’étude présente est fondée sur l’analyse des articles politiques d’Eminescu, y compris de ceux qui, dans les années 1878-1879, débattent « le problème juif ». L’étude de Marta Petreu détruit le mythe non fondé – créé par l’extrême droite – d’un Eminescu antisémite féroce, réduisant l’antisémitisme éminescien à sa juste dimension, que l’on peut prouver par ses textes.
At the end of the 19th century, all the Junimists responded, in one way of another, to one of the challenges of their contemporary social-historical reality: the one named during the era « the Jewish question ». This study is based on the analysis of Eminescu’s political articles, including those that, during 1878-1879, consider « the Jewish question ». Marta Petreu’s study erases the untenable myth – created by the Right extremists – of a stern antisemitic Eminescu, diminishing Eminescu’s antisemitism to its reasonable size that one can demonstrate by means of his texts.
