Abstract:The negligence manifested by young students, future teachers, in their professional training as teachers, represents a problem with permanent manifestation of the present, both for teachers and for decision makers in the educational systems.
This qualitative research examines, in a comparative manner, all the shapes negligence takes in this training, its causes and consequences resulting from the evaluation and analysis of data obtained by the two researchers from the University of Yaoundé I, Cameroon and University of Craiova, Romania.
With the aim of understanding and correcting undesirable behaviors of young people, this paper intends to minimize absenteeism and other forms of manifestations of negligence amongst young people, for their personal formation as future teachers.
