Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to analyze the syntactic and semantic type of causative constructions identified into the decisional part of a civil or criminal judgment in order to draw a profile for this specific jurisdictional act. I claim that the classes of verbs and entities involved in expressing causativity in this part of a judgment are closed classes.
