[Building and working with a spoken corpus of wine tasting situations: the OenoLex Burgundy project.] This paper aims to discuss the problems encountered while building a corpus of spoken interactions in wine tasting situations. Section 1 presents the context of the research and the goals of the project. Section 2 sketches the research questions and the aims of the paper. Section 3 introduces our understanding of specialized communication and how it can be applied to wine discourse. Section 4 presents the position of the collected data in terms of proximity and distance. Section 5 discusses the first results of the empirical research.
[Construirea şi exploatarea unui corpus oral în situaţii de degustări de vin : proiectul OenoLex Bourgogne.] Acest articol propune discutarea problemelor întâlnite în construirea unui corpus plecând de la interacţiuni directe în situaţii concrete de degustări de vin. Prima parte prezintă contextul cercetării şi scopurile proiectului. Partea a doua schiţează întrebările cercetării şi obiectivele articolului. A treia parte vorbește despre înţelegerea comunicării specializate şi cum poate fi aplicată aceasta în discursul vinului. Partea a patra prezintă poziţia datelor colectate în termeni de proximitate şi distanţă. Partea a cincea se concentrează asupra primelor rezultate ale cercetării empirice.
