[Atlas Multimédia Prozodique de l’Espace Roman (AMPER) – an Exemplary Interdisciplinary Project] Atlas de l’Espace Multimédia Prosodique Roman is the on-going project of the first prosodic atlas of Romance languages, a speaking atlas which uses a computerized database available on the Internet. The investigation area of the project includes the entire Romance area, including the extra-European one, 30 universities covering the area of Romance language cooperating to its achievement. AMPER is a work of geo-prosody that combines acoustics and geo-linguistics and uses digital methods and computer programs.
