| Abstract: | Our paper focuses on the general understanding of the concept of isotopy, trying to give linguistic and semantic information upon it. We underline the feature of redundancy, essential in identifying an isotopy, that of homogeneity, of cohesion or coherence. Isotopy represents a basis for the idea of meaning totality in a message. |
