This paper discusses the history of the acronym A.C.A.B. in the Italian language. It examines the mechanisms that have brought the acronym from the streets to literature and the role of the Skinhead and football Ultras sub-cultures in the language contact between English and Italian.
Lucrarea de faţă discută istoria acronimului A.C.A.B. în limba italiană. Totodată, ea analizează mecanismele prin care acest acronim a ajuns din limbajul stradal în literatură, precum şi rolul pe care îl joacă subculturile de tip neonazist şi Ultras din domeniul fotbalului în contactul lingvistic dintre limbile engleză şi italiană.
