Le présent article s’intéresse aux constructions de sens qui s’organisent autour de la redéfinition du contexte politique roumain selon la nouvelle réalité européenne : l’intégration de la Roumanie dans l’Union européenne. Notre recherche propose un modèle d’analyse constructiviste sur cette problématique, en étudiant les discours élaborés par un groupe de 46 étudiants soumis à un exercice de réception d’une caricature politique publiée lors des élections de 2004 dans un journal national et abordant la question européenne. Les résultats de notre analyse des discours mettront en évidence autant la vision des jeunes sur l’avenir (rapproché) roumain dans le contexte européen ainsi qu’une certaine difficulté, affirmée de leur part, d’accepter le changement majeur imposé par une telle réorganisation institutionnelle et identitaire.
This article refers to the construction of meanings organized around the redefinition of the Romanian political context according to the new European reality: the integration of Romania in the European Union. Our research proposes a model of constructive analysis on this problem by studying the discourse of 46 students involved in an exercise of reception of a political cartoon published during the elections in 2004. The results of our discourse analysis will point out both the perspective of the young generation on the (near) future of Romania in the European context and a certain difficulty, stated by them, when it comes to accepting the major changes imposed through such a reorganization concerning institutions and identity.
